General guidelines:
- Lead with a community mindset. You lead with compassion, respect, and inclusivity. You recognize that everyone is made up of varying opinions and feelings– each with different communication styles, ways of learning and adapting, and much more. You celebrate diversity and encourage others to lead with integrity and empathy.
- Team player: You are known for being a true collaborator, thrive in building strong partnerships, and communicate regularly. You lead with integrity and create opportunities to work cross-functionally and transparently with others.
- Communicate regularly and transparently. We believe in transparency and keeping an open line of communication. We are here to support our Community, including our Ambassadors, in being able to feel a sense of belonging and safety while they participate in our programs. Please keep the Cypress Community team informed with any changes, helpful insights, or any updates, and concerns/questions.
- Lead to create impact and connection. Being an Ambassador means you are actively looking to empower and engage with others authentically, compassionately, and transparently. The relationships you build should not be transactional, but rather driven with the intention to build quality connections and a sense of belonging
- Integrity first. As a benefit from being in the program, there will be a chance to be involved in beta opportunities, feedback sessions, and Cypress team roundtable discussions. There may be information shared that is not public. We will provide clear guidance and communication on the expectations around these events. With that said, we are looking to our Ambassadors to lead with integrity and respect these opportunities and information provided.
- Please review the legal information regarding protecting the integrity of Cypress products and proprietary information:
**If these expectations and guidelines cannot be met, we will unfortunately have to dismiss you from participating further in the Cypress Ambassador Program
